All orders are subject to availability and confirmation, and prices, promotions, and package offerings may change without notice. While we make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, please note that minor variations in size, color, or appearance may occur due to the natural and seasonal nature of our products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to their property for delivery, setup, and removal services. This includes making sure pathways are accessible and any potential obstacles are removed to allow our team to complete the service efficiently.
Chicago Porch Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or services, including delays, minor damages to surfaces during setup, or other circumstances beyond our control. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities and limitations of liability.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled up to two weeks prior to your scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, as products and materials are reserved specifically for your order. In the event of weather-related delays or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be rescheduled to the next available date, and we will make every effort to notify you promptly. Should any items arrive damaged or defective, they must be reported to Chicago Porch Creations within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or credit.
PHOTO OPT-IN/OUT POLICY
Opt-In: By selecting “Yes” at checkout, you grant Chicago Porch Creations permission to capture and use photos of your home and seasonal display for promotional purposes, including social media, our website, and other marketing materials. All photos will be posted anonymously—no homeowner names will be included, and addresses will be removed, blurred, or otherwise not visible when applicable.
Opt-Out: By selecting “No”, you decline permission for your home to be used in any public marketing materials. We may still take a photo of your display for proof of delivery, which can be shared directly with you if applicable, but it will not be used for any other purpose. Your choice at checkout will be respected and applied to all photography related to your order.
DELIVERY POLICY
After your order is placed, Chicago Porch Creations will contact you within 2–3 business days to schedule your delivery during the week you selected at checkout. This ensures your display arrives on time and fits seamlessly into your seasonal plans.
As part of our service, our professional designer will set up your display to create a festive, polished look that enhances your home or business. If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you may opt in to self-setup, and our team will deliver all products for you to arrange as you wish.
We kindly ask that someone be available at the delivery location during the scheduled window to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
PICKUP & REMOVAL POLICY
When you opt in to our removal service, Chicago Porch Creations will provide convenient pickup and removal of all products included in your package during your selected pre-scheduled week. Our team will contact you in advance to confirm and schedule your pickup and removal so the process is seamless and stress-free on your pre-selected week at checkout.
Please note that removal does not include cleanup services. Our team will collect and remove pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and other décor items delivered as part of your package; however, any sweeping, surface cleaning, or disposal of debris left behind is the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to opt out, you accept full responsibility for removing and disposing of all items from your display. This option is best for customers who prefer to manage their own cleanup and disposal.
For all scheduled removals, we kindly ask that items remain accessible at the designated pickup time to ensure an efficient and timely process.
SUBSCRIPTION & MARKETING OPT-IN POLICY
By opting in at checkout, you agree to receive marketing emails and/or SMS messages from Chicago Porch Creations. Marketing messages include promotions, updates, and seasonal offers. You may unsubscribe at any time via email or SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
STORE CREDIT / PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, which uses tokenization and encryption to protect your information. Chicago Porch Creations does not store or have access to your credit card or payment details.
